Web-safe fonts that render in every email client.
Need a link for your logo or photo? Email clients can't show a file from your computer — the image needs to live at a public URL. Upload it free to Postimages, Imgur, or Cloudinary (or your own website), copy the direct image link (ends in .png / .jpg), and paste it above. The Upload buttons embed the image for preview and work in Apple Mail & Outlook — but Gmail needs a hosted URL.

Icons appear only when a URL is filled in.

  4. Set it as default for new emails and replies under Signature defaults.
  5. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
Gmail needs your logo/photo at a public URL (not an uploaded/embedded image). See the helper above.
